  • Absolutely. Many of the owners we work with use their homes occasionally. We simply block out the dates you want to keep for yourself—no stress, no awkward scheduling.

  • No problem. We’ve helped plenty of owners get their properties guest-ready from scratch. Whether it needs a light refresh or a full setup, we’ll guide you through what’s needed to make the space shine.

  • Not at all. We can help you create a listing from the ground up—or fine-tune what you’ve already got. Either way, we’ll make sure it’s guest-ready and built to perform.

  • We are primarily focused on Auckland Central and surrounding suburbs currently, but can help with existing listings nationwide remotely

  • We manage all guest communication and provide 24/7 support to resolve any issues quickly and professionally. You’ll be informed of the important parts, but we handle the details.

  • We specialise in more complex or unique properties—large homes, villas, lived-in family homes, or anything that doesn’t fit the cookie-cutter mould. If it has character, we’re probably the right team to manage it.

  • No. Our agreements are flexible — designed to give you confidence without locking you into something that doesn’t suit your circumstances.

  • We do. Professional cleaners and regular checks keep your property guest-ready, while any repairs or maintenance are managed swiftly by trusted trades.

  • Our fee covers bookings, guest care, and day-to-day management. Cleaning and linen are built into the guest price, so most costs are offset within your income.

  • Returns vary by property and season, but our focus is always on maximising income above a traditional rental. We set data-driven pricing and adapt as demand shifts.

  • We adjust pricing, create special offers, and target medium-term stays to keep income steady year-round. You won’t be left with an empty calendar.

  • All guests are verified and carefully selected. We handle all communication, support, and check-ins, so your home is always in safe, respectful hands.

  • We treat every home as our own, with guest verification, security deposits, clear house rules, and regular checks to keep your property protected.
